service

What this service does, what it will not do for you, and what remains yours to decide.

This document is not finished. The structure below is in place and the factual sections are accurate, but the operative wording has not been written or reviewed, and the operating entity is not yet named. Do not rely on it. It is published in this state so the gaps are visible rather than hidden.

Some of what belongs in this document is already a fact about how the site works, and those parts are stated below. The rest needs a person, and is marked.

What the service is

DeployAToken is a non-custodial interface for creating and managing tokens on public blockchains. It builds transactions and presents them to your wallet. Your wallet signs and broadcasts them. We never take custody of your keys, your native funds or the tokens you create. The full technical description, including every program involved, is on the security page.

What we do not do

We do not offer financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We do not promise that a token created here will have value, liquidity, buyers or a listing anywhere. We do not vet the tokens created by other people, and a risk report from a tool on this site is a set of on-chain signals, not a judgement that a token is safe or legitimate.

Irreversibility

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed by us or by anyone. Revoking an authority is permanent. Burning a token is permanent. Sending to a wrong address is permanent. The console warns before each of these and offers a free testnet rehearsal of every flow, and that is the whole of the protection available.

Fees

The platform fee is shown before you sign, as a separate line, and is never folded into the network fee estimate. Network fees are paid to the chain, not to us. Testnet is free.
To be written. Refund position on a failed or partially completed deploy, and whether the platform fee is ever returned.

Acceptable use

To be written. Prohibited uses, sanctions and restricted jurisdictions, what happens on breach, and whether any right to refuse service is reserved. Needs legal input, particularly on sanctions exposure.

Your responsibilities as a creator

To be written. That the user is responsible for the legality of what they launch in their own jurisdiction, for their own securities and consumer-protection position, and for anything they tell their holders.

Liability and warranties

To be written. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability. Must be drafted for the operating entity's jurisdiction, and must not be copied from another project's terms.

Changes and governing law

To be written. How changes are notified and take effect, governing law, and how disputes are handled.
