No public support channel is open yet. We would rather say that than publish an address nobody is reading. If you are stuck on a deploy in the meantime, the console keeps your draft and your mint address, so nothing is lost by waiting.

Almost every question about a transaction is answerable immediately with these, and unanswerable without them.

We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Not to help you, not to verify you, not to recover anything. Anyone who does is not us, however convincing the account name looks. We will also never message you first about a deploy, and we will never send you a different treasury address: the only one we use is published on the security page.

Reporting a vulnerability
If you have found a way to lose someone else's money using this site, please tell us privately first and give us a chance to fix it. Use the email above if it is set, and mark the subject as a security report. There is no paid bounty today, and we would rather say that than imply one.
